Workshop - Sunday 6th October 2019
Understanding the Mind through Hypnosis and Self Hypnosis – A One-Day Learning Workshop
Counsellors and psychotherapists looking to deepen their understanding of the mind will find this special workshop of great interest.
Even those not necessarily wishing to use hypnosis themselves will find many thought-provoking ideas that could develop their practice and increase flexibility with clients through fascinating insights into the deeper, hidden mind.
During the day we will also outline the core ideas of hypnosis by exploring the developing ideas and approaches of hypnotherapists through time. We will also be looking at some of the controversies surrounding hypnosis – including why some might suggest if hypnosis actually exists! …
We will also develop an understanding of techniques of self-hypnosis, and how this can be utilised for practical self-help and personal development.
Some feedback comments from the previous workshops…

“Learned so much and all my thoughts about hypnosis have changed… also amazingly relaxed at the end”
“Practical’s were fun, not scary”
