An intensive one-day workshop for psychology professionals such as counsellors and therapists. that introduces the highly popular, topic of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP combines ideas from many disciplines to develop powerful techniques and tools for understanding ourselves and others, enhancing interaction, and accelerating individual change and development.
During the day you will explore the background and core principles of NLP, including the NLP model of how we think, and the effects that has on the way we feel and act. You will also experiment with some key NLP tools for change and get introduced to the latest effective skills in NLP.
The workshop is designed to give a good understanding of NLP for participants to understand where NLP ideas may be useful to their own practice, and also whether they wish to study it in more depth.
